Southsea Spirit is a tropical Old Tom gin made in a bathtub style.

​Starting with organic grain spirit, we add organic juniper, coriander and lemon peel to create the base. From there, we toast fresh coconut and ripe pineapple to intensify the flavours before adding an extra zing with fresh naval orange peel.

​The final product is a true liquid sunshine - perfect for that tropical state of mind!

​Serve with fresh orange peel and a good quality Indian tonic, or mix to create the perfect south coast Tiki cocktail.
